Wilson Fans, Pumps & Motors Group Returns Procedure

All returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please read our Terms & Conditions of returns;

  • We accept all returns, provided the product/s and the packaging is received from us within 30 days.
  • Please ensure that all products returned to us are in a new or re-sellable condition. Products which have been damaged, but not on our behalf, are not eligible for refund. Returns are accepted on faulty items.
  • In the case of faulty or damaged items, please Contact Us, to detail the fault. We can then arrange a replacement, depending on the fault at case.
  • All refunds will be made to the selected payment method at the time of the order.
  • Carriage costs are included in the refund. If there is an error on our behalf of faulty or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the product to you. Please note all items returned will receive checks to test for faults. In the event that no faults are found, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the product/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
  • Returns are accepted if the product is brought back to our Warehouse, via your indivual transport.

    Returns For 7 Day Cooling Off Period

    Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. If you are withdrawing from a purchase within the 7 day cooling off period, with no error on our behalf, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of delivery to you.
