Electric motors

Wilson Electric is the main UK agent for Electro Adda of Italy and also Able Electric of China. This gives us access to a wide range of electric motor types such as EFF1 High Efficiency (IE2), AC and DC Brakes, Two Speed, Atex EExd, Atex Zone 22, Marine Duty, Crane Duty, Roller table drives and any form of bespoke design.

We can supply single speed motors from 56 frame up to 500 frame and can now also quote you for electric motors manufactured to the Water Authority spec “WIMES 3.03”.

We also offer a full rewind/repair/overhaul service on all AC and DC motors when it is economically viable. If needed we are able to modify our stock motors with Thermistors, Anti Condensation Heaters, IP Ratings (56, 65, 66, 67), Brakes, Force Vent Fans, Encoders, Special Voltages. Special Shafts, Special Paints, Non Drive End Shaft Extensions and Food Industry Specification.
